Training equipment with ropes

This functional training equipment with ropes enables the ropes to be moved simultaneously or in an alternating rhythm. The more the entire body is engaged in the rope exercises when moving the ropes, the more effective the exercise becomes. The exercise can be varied by combining it with squats or raised push-ups, for example. Pulling the ropes is especially beneficial for enhancing the respiratory and circulatory systems during training.

Rope weight is approx. 0.775kg per m. On request are available ropes with customised length (approx. weight 0.850kg per m).
